93 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "I love good Feusselottes and Gilbert Felettig has certainly crafted an outstanding example of this fine vineyard, which lies directly next door to the domaine. The stunning nose delivers a complex constellation of red and black cherries, plums, cocoa, a touch of gamebird, a great signature of soil and a deft framing of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and a bit more reserved in profile than the Combottes, with a sappy core, great purity and balance, suave tannins and a long, tangy and soil-driven finish. Great juice. 2023-2060. (Mar/Apr 2015)"

90-92 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .17 ha parcel in the climat of Les Grands Murs). A pure, elegant and ultra-fresh nose of both red and black pinot fruit exhibits floral, spice and wet stone nuances. There is good delineation and verve to the delicious, intense and mineral-inflected medium-bodied flavors that deliver fine length on the balanced and discreet saline finish. Lovely and very Chambolle in character. Drink: 2020+. (Jan 2015)"

91 points Neal Martin (Wine Advocate): "The 2013 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru les Feusselots is the domaine's smallest premier cru that this year equates to three new barrels and Gilbert Felettig explained that it comes from limestone soils. It has a noticeably deep color. The nose is powerful and voluminous with ripe black cherries, raspberry coulis and hints of marmalade coming through with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with plenty of sucrose intensity on the entry, fleshy in the mouth and carrying the new oak well, disguising it in blackberry, strawberry and white pepper notes toward the finish. Very fine--but it deserves three or four years in bottle. Drink: 2018-2029. (Jun 2015)"

From an old vine parcel in the lieu-dit of Les Grands Murs, on the plateau rather than in the dip. This wine possesses great energy and balance. We'd put this along with Mugneret-Gibourg (at $200 ) as the two best examples of the vineyard.
