98 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "The super-ripe aromas of cassis and currant leap from the glass, coloured with hints of mineral, smoke and spice. The texture is rich, almost fleshy, but despite the approachable feel on the palate, the fine-grained tannins carry this along to a lingering, satisfying finish. This excels its peers in finesse and elegance. Produced from a 1.21ha, domaine-owned parcel. After fermentation with a significant portion of whole clusters, the wine is aged 18 months in cask, 60% new. Drinking Window: 2024-2039. (10/24/20)"

95-98 points Jasper Morris, MW: "Excellent depth of crimson purple. The bouquet is immediately striking for its depth of fruit, sense of nobility, and no sign of an over hot vintage. The oak is very well judged here and the wine comes through with superb depth and balance. Better yield here. The fruit has a small liquorice note at the end, very well integrated with the pure red fruit. (Nov 2020)"

94-96 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "One of the finest cuvées in the portfolio is once again the 2019 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru, a medium to full-bodied, deep and layered wine of unerring precision. Vibrant and multidimensional, it evokes aromas of dark berries, rose hip, bergamot, spices and black truffle. This will be worth a special effort to seek out. (1/14/21)"

94-96 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2019 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru has more cohesion and intensity than the Charmes-Chambertin, presenting lovely brambly red berry fruit mingled with potpourri and light loamy aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-boned tannins, taut and crisp, displaying good depth and an animated chalky, briny finish. Classic in style, this is a superb Latricières from Faiveley, though it will need cellaring. Drink: 2024-2048. (Dec 2020)"

93-95 points/'Don't miss!' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a large 1.21 ha parcel). There is a distinctly cool quality to the restrained, ultra-fresh and airy aromas of red currant, raspberry, earth and whiffs of spice and the sauvage. The rich and beautifully delineated middle weight flavors possess superb focus along with an abundance of minerality that seems to build on the complex, refined and highly persistent finish. This classy and harmonious effort should amply repay extended cellaring. Drink: 2036+. (Jan 2021)"

Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "(Domaine Faiveley are the second-largest owners of Latricières-Chambertin, with a block of 1.2067 hectares, sandwiched between the vines of Rossignol-Trapet to the south and Drouhin-Laroze to the north. Faiveley’s vines sit directly in front of the Combe de Grisard where there is a small cone de dejection...) More rose-perfumed though not overtly a wc perfume. More mineral, a dynamic wine. This is obviously a great Latricières, some finishing bitters but this is a wine where it’s not possible to underestime the class in this glass! Bravo! (Jan 2021)"
