94 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "One of my favorite wines from this cellar this year, this starts with a ravishingly beautiful nose of mulberries and açai. Streaming freshness races down the back-palate and caressing tannins corral the boisterous fruit. This is moreish from first sniff through the long and rather posh finish. This is one of only two AOCs in Burgundy with a family name attached. (Jan 2026)"

94 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "Technical director Jérôme Flous describes the Faiveley Corton as 'a Charlemagne rouge', but if this is true, it is a ripe one, with seductive aromas of raspberry, blackberry and currant with a slightly salty mineral edge. The tannic line is firm and straight, but there is enough flesh to help this age for decades, as previous vintages have shown. This is among the better Cortons I have had this year. Drinking Window: 2032-2050. (Sep 2025)"

91-94 points/'Sweet spot,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "Here too the wood treatment is generous but not overwhelming on the aromas of spicy red currant, dark cherry and a much more subtle hint of the sauvage. There is excellent precision to the slightly bigger-bodied flavors that are intensely mineral-driven, indeed the mouthfeel is akin to rolling a tiny pebble around the palate, all wrapped in a moderately austere and markedly more complex finale. Note that while this could be approached after only a few years of keeping, it's sufficiently compact to need at least a decade to realize its full potential. Drink: 2034+.. (Jan 2026)"

93 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2024 Corton Clos des Cortons Faiveley Grand Cru, which according to Erwan Faiveley underwent a difficult élevage as the wood did not integrate in several barrels, has more energy and vigour than several of Faiveley's Côte de Nuits cuvées poured beforehand. Bright red cherries, blackcurrant and sous-bois scents burst from the glass, all well defined and focused. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, beautifully balanced with a harmonious and elegant finish worthy of a Grand Cru. This is within touching distance of the 2023. Drink: 2028-2042. (Jan 2026)"

93 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "A crisper colour, a little more precision to the nose. Refined darker raspberry, this wine is in quite a different shape, much more structured, a darker fruit, a few more tannins, all building towards a complete whole. Drink from 2032-2037. Tasted Nov 2025."
