Round and elegant on the palate, with fine and saline acidity, this is a textured yet highly refined and finessed Riesling with the textural precision of chalk and the finessed acidity of slate. There are fine tannins here as well. After aeration, the chalky features came out more prominently and gave a silky texture with a greenish phenolic grip on the salty finish. 12.5% stated alcohol.
