At the finish, it’s very compact and finely etched, with a ton of wet-stone minerality. Excellent aging potential. It is still discreet but with the austerity of the Lorch slate terroir. On the palate, this is a round and lush but crystalline, refined and elegant, persistently salty and sustainable Riesling with remarkable complexity. This is a fabulous, gorgeous and sustainable Riesling that could easily be aged for two decades if it just wasn't so good at this early stage. 12.5% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure.
