90-92 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "The 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin Village, raised in 20% to 30% new oak, has a cohesive bouquet, focused and delineated. It is not complex yet has attractive black cherry and light boysenberry fruit. The medium-bodied palate has fine tannins and plenty of energy with a bright, sorbet-fresh finish that lingers in the mouth. Drink: 2025-2034. (Jan 2024)"
89-92 points/'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from vines that are to the east of D974 and mostly in Les Crais along with many other small parcels that include Le Fourneau, Reniard, Croix des Champs, Grands Champs, Champ Franc and Es Murots). A more deeply pitched nose reflects aromas of humus-inflected poached plum, cassis and violet that display hints of earth and leather. The supple and succulent yet well-detailed medium weight flavors possess a lovely mouthfeel before concluding in a youthfully austere finish where a touch of wood arises. This is an excellent Gevrey villages and worth your interest. Drink: 2030+. (Jan 2024)"
