La Bota de Manzanilla 111 “florpower mmxviii” is, above all, a vintage (2018) and vineyard white wine, made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes from Sanluqueño vineyards located in Pago Miraflores La Baja. After a first year under veil in cellar butts at natural alcohol content, it was slightly enhanced by adding a minimum percentage of wine alcohol to mature in Sanlúcar de Barrameda for an average of almost three years in traditional Andalusian biological aging. It is, therefore, a chamomile. A vintage and paid manzanilla, then.
