On the palate, this is a coolish, elegant, persistently saline and persistent dry Riesling that matches many lighter dishes based on mussels, oysters, fish and vegetable. A fabulous, very stimulating and refined dry Riesling from the Frühlingspätzchen. Natural cork. 12% stated alcohol. Tasted at the domaine in August 2022. Drink: 2022-2050. (Dec 2022)"
