95 points James Suckling: "A minerally and solid Ygrec with sliced pear, dried lemon and some green melon. Full and layered with a lemon-sherbet aftertaste. Soft and bright. Bitter lemon at the finish. Layered. Lively. Classy. 75% sauvignon blanc and 25% semillon. Drink or hold. (7/4/22)"
94 points Falstaff: "Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate fresh pineapple, hints of tangerine zest, hints of guava and butter, subtle nuances of fresh oak. Elegant, a touch of fresh pear, delicate sweetness, pleasant acidity, mineral, lemony nuances on the finish, a delicate, versatile food companion, already harmonious and easy to drink. (Jan 2023)"
94 points Lisa Perrotti-Brown (The Wine Independent): "“There was just a touch of botrytis on the Sémillon this year,” commented Pierre Lurton on the 2020 Y. This off-dry style has 7 grams per liter of residual sugar and a racy pH of 3.2. The blend this year is 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon. It needs a swirl or two to release notes of preserved limes, white peaches, fresh grapefruit, and orange blossom with underlying suggestions of honeysuckle, wet pebbles, and beeswax. The medium to full-bodied is fabulously intense with a satiny texture and loads of tightly wound nuances contributing to the exciting tension, finishing very long and with a swish of opulence. Alcohol 14%. Drink: 2024-2036. (3/6/23)"
