For sure, it is no shrinking violet with its concentrated blackberry fruit and roast beefy Syrah trimmings. It offers a somewhat more direct statement at this point and surely needs cellaring, but it is a wine of real accomplishment and deserves serious attention to go along with the five to ten years of development that lies ahead.
