96 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "There is a lovely tannic depth to the ripe, supple mulberry fruit of the 2022 Beaux Monts from Dujac that gives a solid impression of structure and length, but the wine is approachable as well, and the balance between the wine's tension and forward fruit is compelling. The grapes come from almost three-quarters of a hectare near the base of the slope. The grapes were partially destemmed and fermented on native yeasts before ageing in cask. Drinking Window: 2030-2065. (11/2/23)"

94-96 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "The youngest vines are from1987 and they will be first to be pulled out (161/49 issues). A fresh and lively purple with good depth. There is energy here as well as being sensual. The bouquet is growing in stature. No one fruit takes the lead, but together they build a sensual mid palate, with a few spicy notes to bring up the finish. All perfectly in place and for the long term. (Nov 2023)"

94-96 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Vosne-Romanée Les Beaux Monts 1er Cru comes from a parcel between Tremblay and Leroy. It has a pleasing strictness on the nose that contrasts with the more flattering Charmes-Chambertin that precedes it. Black cherries, wild strawberries and crushed violets, there is an underlying mineralité that surfaces with aeration and a dab of black olive. The palate is well-balanced, with firm tannins on the entry. This a Les Beaux Monts with depth and volume, cracked black pepper and clove infusing the black fruit. It’s quite dense towards the finish but not sinewy. This is a Vosne-Romanée that I suspect may close up with time in bottle. Drink: 2028-2050. (Jan 2024)"

93-95 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2022 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts is another standout this year, mingling aromas of cherries and raspberries with notions of tea-smoked duck and exotic spices in a complex mélange. Medium to full-bodied, layered and vibrant, with a concentrated core of fruit underpinned by bright acids, it concludes with a youthfully chalky finish. (1/18/24)"

94 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "Starting with notably deep color, this has generous body, extract and breadth. Sweet cherries and Damsons glide across the palate. There are two parcels with about one-third planted in the early aughts and the rest being proper vieilles vignes. This is charming enough to be accessible fairly early on. (2024)"

92-93 points/'Fine+,' Steen Öhman (Winehog): "The 2022 is spot on extraction- and density-wise, hence giving a delicious Beaumonts. Balanced, and with light-footed fruit, it is a fine mix of red and dark fruits with compelling tension. Hedonistic and seductive, this is a delightful wine. Drink from 2034. (1/22/24)"
