96 points Decanter: "The Dujac holdings in this large and heterogeneous Gevrey grand cru are divided between four blocks, totalling 0.75ha and planted in the 1950s and 1970s. This is a very smart expression of the terroir, showing notes of Asian spices, dense, savoury fruit flavours and sappy, fine-boned tannins. The oak integration is quite brilliant here. Drinking Window: 2025-2032. (Nov 2018)"

93-96 points Jasper Morris, MW: "Excellent depth of purple, there is very little nose but then the palate delivers sweetly sumptuous strawberries and cream, then some drier notes from the whole bunches. But the quality of the fruit is superb. Lovely tasty sweet fruit which completely infuses the palate. Tasted: November 2018."

95 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The bouquet is pure and simply outstanding in 2017, offering up scents of red and black cherries, black plums, a very complex base of soil, gentle meatiness, woodsmoke, raw cocoa and cedar. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, deep and rock solid at the core with sappy fruit, excellent focus and grip, fine-grained tannins and a very long, soil-driven and complex finish. I am not sure I have ever tasted a better young vintage of Charmes-Chambertin from Domaine Dujac. 2027-2075. (Nov/Dec 2018)"

92-95 points Fine Wine Review (4/26/19)

92-94 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Aromas of wild berries and plums mingle with accents of rose petal, grilled meat and espresso roast in an incipiently complex bouquet, introducing the 2017 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied and broad-shouldered with a chunkier, more powerful profile than the Echezeaux, with some chewy structuring tannin asserting itself on the long, hearty finish. (Jan 2019)"
