96-98 points Fine Wine Review: "Echézeaux-earth nose — exceptionally beautiful. Pure harmonious, round, long, red fruits, tremendous complexity. Exceptional wine. (1/30/25)"

93-96 points Jasper Morris, MW: "Attractive mid crimson to ruby. Pepper and spice first up on the nose. Not expecting quite such an expanse of light on its feet sweet red fruit, again with floral overtones, then a return of black pepper at the finish. This needs more time. Very interesting. (Nov 2024)"

93 points CellarTracker.com community score.

91-93 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from Les Rouges du Bas). A spicier if less floral-suffused nose serves up an array of red currant, exotic tea, sandalwood and a whiff of star anise. There is even better volume and a similar lovely texture to the medium-bodied flavors that possess solid density before terminating in a powerful, moderately austere and very much built-to-age finale where a touch of warmth slowly emerges. This is a bigger and more powerful wine but I prefer the finesse and subtle minerality of the Sentiers. Drink: 2035+. (Jan 2025)"
