95-97 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2021 Chablis Grenouilles Grand Cru has a strict and quite linear bouquet, taut and fresh, conveys a bit of the "meanness" that I like in Chablis. The palate is fresh and vibrant, very harmonious and mineral-driven, the finish calling out for a fresh plate of fruits de mer. Persistent and sophisticated, this is a brilliant Chablis. Drink: 2025-2050. (Sep 2022)"

94 points Andy Howard, MW (Decanter): "A 0.5ha site on the higher levels of Grenouilles, with average vine age of 60 years. The soils here are richer than those controlled by La Chablisienne, adding plenty of force to the Droin wine. Rich and rounded on the palate with notes of apricot/peach fruit, acidity and mineral notes are more restrained than in some of their other grand cru. A generous wine with masses of concentration and ageing ability. Drinking Window: 2026-2034. (Oct 2022)"

92-94 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .50 ha parcel of 55+ year old vines aged in 60% wood). More subtle though hardly invisible wood easily allows the aromas of mineral reduction, tidal pool and strong iodine hints to shine. The rich, powerful and concentrated larger-scaled flavors coat the mouth on the slightly finer and impressively long finish. This could use a bit more depth but given how well this wine typically ages, that shouldn't be a concern. Drink: 2031+. (Oct 2022)"
