Matured for 15 months in used French oak, the nose has a delicate perfume of raspberry, blackberry, oolong tea leaves, aniseed, underbrush and lavender. The light-bodied palate combines a seamless structure and weightless feel with concentrated, fragrant flavors, and it has an ethereal, floral finish. 780 cases were made. Drink: 2024-2034. Darker berries (mulberries, cherries) as well as leafy herbs, iron, and scorched earth notes all emerge from the glass, and it's medium-bodied, with beautiful mid-palate depth and integrated acidity. It will keep for 7-8 years, although I love it today. Drink: 2023-2031. (8/30/23)"
