93 points Jeb Dunnuck: "[$55 list] As with the Chardonnay, the appellation 2021 Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills is a no-brainer purchase. Darker berries (mulberries, cherries) as well as leafy herbs, iron, and scorched earth notes all emerge from the glass, and it's medium-bodied, with beautiful mid-palate depth and integrated acidity. It will keep for 7-8 years, although I love it today. Drink: 2023-2031. (8/30/23)"
92 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "[$55 list] The 2021 Pinot Noir (Sta. Rita Hills) is a fabulous appellation-level bottling. A burst of red/purplish fruit, lavender, rose petal, spice and pomegranate races across the palate. This juicy, forward Pinot offers tons of immediacy, but it has plenty of backing structure too. Vineyard sources are Radian, Bentrock, Sanford & Benedict, Fiddlestix, Rancho La Vina, La Rinconada and Spear. Drink: 2024-2031. (Sep 2023)"
