91 points Anne Krebiehl, MW (Vinous): "[$40 list] The 2022 Riesling Kreuznacher Kahlenberg is further downstream and closer to the Rhine Valley, so this flowers and ripens earlier than the upper reaches of the Nahe. The bedrock is of Permian rhyolite overlaid with pebble and loam. A stony petrichor-like savoriness insinuates itself on the citrus fruit that almost has a flicker of bergamot. A creaminess appears later on. The palate is smooth, clear but rounded with fine, aromatic citrus. It's charming, with a salty, spicy zestiness. The finish is a pure, long note of lemon and ripe lemon zest with a smattering of white pepper. (Bone-dry) Drink: 2023-2035. (Sep 2023)"
91 points Ulrich Sautter (Falstaff): "On the nose, subtle and harmonious Riesling fruit with rich aromatics, good balance of local and tropical fruits, lots of citrus and yellow apple, decidedly juicy and fruit-driven on the finish. Alcohol 12%. (11/11/23)"
