This lovely high-wire act juxtaposes 9+ g/l of acidity with full-fruited, citric sweetness. The sinuses almost short-circuit between acidity and fruit. Helmut says, "I would never have thought in that summer that this would work. I never expected this." This is the benefit of this lateral valley and its east-exposition.
