The bouquet of the 2019 Klamm Kabinett is pure and complex, wafting from the glass in a blend of pink grapefruit, breadfruit, wild yeasts, a complex base of minerality, citrus peel and a topnote of lemongrass. On the palate the wine is complex, medium-full and superbly filigreed and light in its step, with fine balance and grip, excellent focus and a long, delicate and lifted finish.
