**** Highly Recommended, F. Paul Pacult (Spirit Journal): "Crystal clear; sediment free clarity. For an añejo it's surprisingly neutral in the opening whiffs, except for a peanut butter quality and maybe a bit of dill; later inhalations after another seven minutes of air contact don't produce many new results so I move on. Entry is solid, oaky, vanilla-like and gently sweet and creamy; midpalate is very firm in structure, more dry than sweet, slightly toasted and rich. Ends on a cake frosting-like sweet note, then it turns herbal. I was prepared to give three stars then the midpalate and finish pushed me to four. Not quite sure though why a clear añejo is necessary. (Sep 2012)"
