The grapes are from a 0.88-hectare parcel; they are partly destemmed and gently fermented on native yeasts before ageing, mainly in used casks. Drinking Window: 2027-2055. (11/2/23)"

90-92 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Beaune Les Bressandes 1er Cru has a fragrant bouquet with vivid red berry fruit, crushed stone and flint, the 50% whole bunches simpatico with the fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with a slightly more lactic entry, white pepper and a hint of dark chocolate. Soft landing on the finish. This will be approachable in its youth but has the substance to age well in bottle. Drink: 2026-2038. (Jan 2024)"
