94 points Tyson Stelzer (The Champagne Guide): "(tasted in 2023 in France; 80% premier and grand cru pinot noir from Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Avenay, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzenay and Tauxières 20% chardonnay mainly from Avize, Villeneuve-Renneville and Vertus; 2019 base vintage with 10% reserves from 2018; like 2018, 2019 was a ripe and colourful vintage and hence again only 4% pinot noir (usually ~8%) from old estate plots in Aÿ (including Meurtet) and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ; aged 2 years on lees at the beginning of its release cycle and almost 3 years at the end (it was 3 years in the past); 8.5g/L dosage; disgorged May 2022; 7% of production hence around 175,000 bottles; cork). Deutz characterises 2019 as a warm vintage which retained good acidity. There is a wonderful presence and personality to Deutz rosé in the presence of this distinctive season, blessed with layers of strawberry and raspberry fruits, pink pepper and red apple. A pretty, pale to medium salmon hue, it holds beautiful elegance and supple texture; graceful, silky, vibrant and persistent. (Edition VII; 2024)"

93 points James Suckling: "Very attractive nose of apricots, nectarines, rhubarb and red berries plus a delicate floral touch. A serious rosé with lovely creaminess yet no sense of weight until you reach the finish, but even there, there are no perceptible tannin that might clash with the lively mousse. Instead long and fresh with a hint of nuttiness. Based on the 2018 vintage with 10% reserve wines. Just 4% white base wines, the remainder red wines from Ay and Mareuil, 80% pinot noir. Drink now. (7/3/23)"

92 points Wine Spectator: "Lacy in texture and bright and buoyant on the palate, offering a well-meshed range of poached apricot, raspberry, salted Marcona almond and spun honey flavors, with a chalky underpinning. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now. (12/15/23)"

91 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The NV (2016) Brut Rosé is a very pretty wine. Crushed red berry fruit, white pepper, mint, crushed rocks and sweet floral notes grace this pale-colored, delicate offering. The 2016 is a lighter style of Rosé, but its balance is impeccable. Drink this charming Rosé over the next handful of years. Drink: 2023-2030. (May 2023)"

91 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "A bright salmon color, the NV Champagne Brut Rosé is a fresh style with aromas of ripe peach, melon, wet stone, and tangerine. Approachable and medium-bodied, it has an elegant mousse as well as a refreshing and clean finish. Ideal for drinking young and as an aperitif, it’s a springy and attractive rosé. (11/17/23)"
