Based on the 2016 vintage and raised in barrels, it pours a salmon color with an orange tinge and has a savory aromatic profile of toasted orange peel, dark chocolate, fresh redcurrant, and grapefruit. Medium-bodied, it feels linear through the palate and has a pithy structure, with a good bit of briny salinity and a zesty, fresh finish.
