96-98 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "90% whole cluster. Slightly deeper purple and a little oak on the nose in this sample. What a wealth of fruit, also oakier, fills every part of the palate, with an astonishing wealth of flavour. Noticeably more structure, and a wider array of fruit with blueberries and bilberries. 95-97 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2023 Vosne-Romanée Les Malconsorts Cuvée Christiane 1er Cru has a little more opulence on the nose than the regular cuvée, very pure with incense and crushed iris flowers. Seductive and sensual. The palate is medium-bodied with a slightly more candied entry, a lovely thread of acidity and touches of black truffle toward the finish. Gorgeous. Drink: 2027-2055. The stunning diversity continues on the smooth, broad palate. The sweet patina of tannins is met by crackling acidity. Beautifully poised with extravagant mineral panache, this is one of the wines of the vintage. Don't open this before a decade. (2025)"
