95 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "Sweet red fruits mesh with stylish minerality and potpourri on this focused, pretty Malconsorts. Its palate is refined with artfully crafted tannins and a notable acidic spine. While rather approachable now thanks to its refined structure and very well-integrated whole cluster inclusion, this is worth stashing it away for at least several years. 2025-33. (2022)"
92-94 points/'Sweet spot/Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .97 ha holding; 66% whole clusters). Moderate reduction pushes the underlying fruit to the background. There is a lovely inner mouth perfume to the sleek, intense and powerful larger-scaled flavors that flash evident minerality on the austere, compact and built-to-age finale. Malconsorts always requires extended cellaring to round off the robust structure and the 2020 version will be no different. Excellent. Drink: 2032+. (Jun 2022)"
