Lemon thyme, orange zest and light waxy scents blossom on the nose - quite intense and well-delineated, almost feisty in style. The palate is taut and fresh, more saline than the Aristargos, with a linear, slightly more malic finish than usual. Plenty of freshness, but I would cellar this for 3-5 years before broaching.
