100 points/'Le Coup de Coeur,' La Revue du Vin de France: "We are struck by the olfactory refinement of Les Preuses en 2022: it exudes a feeling of iridescent serenity with multiple nuances. Its fruitiness on the palate restores its elegance in a delicate, pregnant fruitiness. A wine with which we immediately enter into communion, even though it's only at the dawn of its life. Vincent Dauvissat speaks of silky pebbles. A masterful cuvee. (2025)"

98 points Bettane & Desseauve Guide (2025).

95-97 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2022 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses unwinds in the glass with aromas of oyster shell, orange blossom, warm stones and subtle hints of citrus oil—this cuvée is almost always more about rocks than fruit. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and electric, it's racy and tensile, with a long, resonant finish. (9/7/23)"

94-97 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "The name of the vineyard is a version Pierreuses, referencing the huge blocks of stone underneath a reasonable marly topsoil. The 2022 displays a really complex nose, a bit of sun on the stones, the cailloux chauds of the amphitheatre in which Vincent Dauvissat’s holding sits. Then follows a massive development of fruit on the palate too. There is really a huge volume of fruit at the back, with a little iodine touch throughout. Makes one salivate! Drink from 2032-2045. Tasted May 2023."

96+ points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru seems to have closed down on the nose as it is wont to do. It is hanging a sign that says: Come back in a decade. The palate is magnificent though: intense, very delineated, subtle hints of nougat and lemongrass, that spiciness/pepperiness on the finish that nails it as a Les Preuses and a very sustained aftertaste. Outstanding, but you will need to wait for this. Drink: 2033-2050. (Aug 2024)"

96 points Andy Howard, MW (Decanter): "Dauvissat has two sizeable plots in Les Clos, one mid-level, the other a little higher. This has plenty of sweet fruit and quite a hit of oak at the moment. With more time in the glass, zesty orange and kumquat notes emerge together with thrilling acidity. Once in bottle and given a few years' ageing, this will be a thrilling example of Les Clos. Drink: 2027-2038. (10/18/23)"

95 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .70 ha parcel planted in 1970). More elegant and cooler aromas are comprised by the essence of apple, citrus zest, iodine and shellfish nuances that, much like the 2023, include a hint of crushed tarragon. The rich, generously proportioned and gorgeously textured flavors are at once powerful yet refined; indeed there is a Zen-like character to the sneaky long, impeccably well-balanced and wonderfully harmonious finale. Marvelous and a wine that should age effortlessly over the next 12 to 15 years. Drink: 2034+. (Oct 2024)"

95 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "This is another grand wine from the hands of Vincent that will tempt in its youth but will be so much more rewarding in time. This comes from a generously-sized, one-hectare parcel next to La Moutonne, and it is an epic expression of Preuses. It is rapturous in its whirlwind of dynamic acidity and mid-palate matière, or density. The flavors dance between delightfully ripe fruit and savory elements. Baked peach, apple core, spiced honey and verbena are just the tip of the iceberg. (2024)"
