99 points La Revue du Vin de France: "A subtle, saline profile in the sublime Les Preuses, with its luminous sheen and tactile sensations reminiscent of peach skin. This stunning wine combines extraordinary energy and soft texture. A veritable 'silky pebble' in the words of Vincent Dauvissat. (2022)"

97 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2019 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is brilliant, unwinding in the glass with notes of oyster shell, orange blossom, iodine, wet stones and freshly baked bread. Full-bodied, deep and tightly wound, with racy acids, chalky structuring extract and an incredibly intense, pungently saline finish, this is a magical young wine from Dauvissat. Drink: 2029-2059. (Aug 2021)"

95-97 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2019 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru comes from a single-hectare parcel located on different levels of the slope. It has a very complex bouquet of orange zest, crushed stone and light pithy aromas. The palate is energetic and tensile, with impressive amplitude, and fans out gloriously toward the finish while keeping a tight rein. Saline notes linger in the mouth long afterward. Drink: 2025-2045. (Sep 2020)"

95.8 points CellarTracker.comcommunity score.

94-96 points Jasper Morris, MW: "Clean pure and pale. There is dramatic tension on the nose, which suggests great power yet is not over ripe, then a strong attack of the marine quintessence of Chablis on the palate, as if the vine has leached out every last ounce of Chablis minerals. Potentially an outstanding Preuses. (Jul 2020)"

95 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "Vincent Dauvissat’s 2019 les Preuses is a stunning young wine. The bouquet is deep and complex, jumping from the glass in a blend of apple, pear, a kaleidoscope of limestone minerality, fruit blossoms, paraffin and a deft framing of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and seamless, offering a beautiful core of fruit, great soil signature, vibrant acids and laser-like focus on the long, complex and perfectly balanced finish. Great juice. 2026-2070. (Jan/Feb 2022)"

95 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "An overtly floral nose speaks of white orchard fruit, iodine, shellfish and cool citrus wisps that also display a hint of phenolic character. As is virtually always the case with this wine, the medium-bodied flavors possess a sophisticated and wonderfully refined texture that carries over to the powerful yet elegant finale where a hint of bitter lemon gradually appears. This is a relatively big and powerful wine for Preuses, yet the balance is dialed in. Drink: 2031+. (Oct 2021)"
