95+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2011 Dauvissat les Preuses is a stunning wine in the making, soaring from the glass in a complex and refined mélange of lemon zest, green apple, tart orange, oyster shell, white flowers, paraffin and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and supremely elegant, with a rock solid core of fruit, crisp, vibrant acids and outstanding length and grip on the complex and seamless finish. A brilliant wine. 2017-2045. (NovDec 2012)"

95 points Neal Martin (Vinous): " Finally, the 2011 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru from Vincent Dauvissat. It’s a cool customer on the nose, distant and enigmatic, gradually revealing sea spray and crustacean scents, plus a touch of petrichor. The palate is wonderfully poised and harmonious, and more malic than the older vintages at this Chablis dinner, revealing hints of popcorn and sea salt on the engaging finish. This clearly needs another couple of years in bottle. Drink: 2022-2045. (Feb 2019)"

95 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "Dauvissat's 2011 Chablis Preuses is a big step up from the 1er Crus. Preuses signatures are all over this utterly impeccable, gracious Chablis. Layers of cool, saline-infused mineral nuance give the 2011 much of its freshness and verve. Sweet floral notes meld into pears and white stone fruits in an impeccable wine that will offer years of rewarding drinking. Drink starting 2013. (Aug 2013))"

95 points (17.5/20) La Revue du Vin de France: "Les Preuses has a powerful yet firm structure. The wine is tasty, with a nice tension. (Jan 2014)"

93-95 points Stephen Tanzer (International Wine Cellar): "Great floral lift and finesse to the aromas of lime blossom, violet, hot rocks and delicate herbs. Elegant and ethereal but quite backward; closed and penetrating but far from painful owing to its airy, fine-grained texture and subtle sweetness. The rising floral and mineral finish goes on and on. I tasted this from a 30-year-old barrel! (Jul/Aug 2012)"

93 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a 1 ha parcel planted in 1970). A gorgeously perfumed nose is airy, cool and elegant with vivid aromas of dried citrus peel, acacia blossom, oyster shell and tidal pool hints. The remarkably approachable medium-bodied flavors are ultra-fine, indeed they evidence a silky mouth feel on the harmonious and beautifully persistent bone dry finish. I suspect that this impeccably well-balanced and very understated effort will tighten up considerably once it is bottled and as such I have assigned a longer initial drinking window than my description might suggest. This is so silky that the La Forest is almost brutal by comparison. Drink: 2019+. (Oct 2013)"
