97 points Tim Atkin, MW: "Priced at the same level as Les Clos - and rightly so given its incredible quality - this comes from a one-hectare parcel next to La Moutonne. It has almost Riesling-like notes of lime and wet stones, with a sappy, bone dry finish and briney, sea breeze intensity. One of the whites of the vintage. 2019-30."

96 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2015 les Preuses from Vincent Dauvissat is a stunning young wine. The bouquet is pure, vibrant and complex, delivering an aromatic constellation of grapefruit, pear, apple, oyster shell, paraffin, chalky minerality, white flowers and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and racy, with a rock solid core, laser-like focus, great grip and cut and a very, very long, transparent finish. An utter classic. 2020-2050. (Nov/Dec 2016)"

95+ points Stephen Tanzer (Vinous): "Pale yellow. Aromas of lemon-lime and crushed stone are lifted by topnotes of violet and lavender sea salt. Wonderfully rich, pliant wine with the thickness of the vintage perfectly leavened by citrussy lift and the rocky character of this grand cru. Simultaneously suave and powerful, fine-grained and penetrating, this seamless, bulletproof grand cru finishes with outstanding building length and an impression of chewy dry extract. Really amazing texture, concentration and early personality for a wine with a moderate 12.5% alcohol. This should go on for a long time. Drink: 2022-2032. (Aug 2017)"

95 points Stephen Brook (Decanter): "Rich, dense nutty nose, with imposing mineral notes, sumptuous but not overbearing. The palate is super-ripe, with a creamy texture. Chewy extract marks the finish, which is long and mineral. Drinking Window: 2018-2028. (Jan 2017)"

95 points (17.5/20) La Revue du Vin de France: "Austere but very intense, Les Preuses needs aeration: its candied citrus flavors pierce the palate with penetrating vigor. Precise, very deep, it should be forgotten for ten years in the cellar. (2018)"

94 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The 2015 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru is bright, precise and crystalline - in other words, a classic expression of this great grand cru. White flowers, crushed rocks, mint and slate all run through this super-expressive, nuanced Chablis from Dauvissat. Even in this warm, radiant vintage, the personality of Preuses comes through loud and clear - and that is perhaps the greatest compliment I can pay to this wine. Drink: 2020-2030. (Jan 2020)"

93 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a 1 ha parcel planted in 1970). The super-elegant if restrained nose exhibits notably cool and admirably pure aromas of white flowers, pear, apple, citrus and plenty of classic Chablis elements that are trimmed in just enough wood to mention. There is fine volume to the solidly dense and atypically powerful medium-bodied flavors that coat the mouth with dry extract as well as deliver a strikingly persistent finish that brims with minerality though once again, there is a hint of warmth. As it almost always is, this is the most refined and harmonious effort in the range and this beauty should also repay up to a decade of cellaring. Drink: 2023+. (Oct 2017)"
