97 points James Suckling: "Green papaya, pomelo, cream, flint and hints of wax on the nose. It’s full-bodied with bright acidity and a creamy texture. Concentrated and refined with seamless layers, leading to a long, mineral finish. The phenols with fruit and acidity are a formidable combination. Keeps going. Try from 2022. (1/21/21)"
95 points Jeb Dunnuck: "A blend of two-thirds Sauvignon and one-third Sémillon that was brought up mostly in used barrels, the 2018 Château Cos D'Estournel Blanc has a bright gold hue as well as outstanding notes of tart pineapple, white flowers, lemon zest, and white grapefruit. This carries to a medium to full-bodied, bright, racy white with plenty of texture and richness, a notable sense of chalky minerality, and a great finish. This stunning white will keep for 10-15 years. Drink: 2021-2036. (3/11/21)"

95 points Jeff Leve (The Wine Cellar Insider): "hFresh squeezed grapefruit, lemon peel, flowers, crushed rock and a sprinkle of vanilla smell just great. The wine is rich, creamy, fresh, juicy and crisp, with a blast of sweet lemon, vanilla, lime and green apple all blending perfectly together on your palate. (Mar 2021)"

94+ points Lisa Perrotti-Brown (Wine Advocate): "The 2018 Blanc is composed of 67% Sauvignon Blanc and 33% Sémillon and was matured in 7% new barriques (13.88% alcohol). It opens very slowly, with a lot of coaxing, to reveal fragrant scents of lime blossoms, yellow apples and fresh grapefruit plus hints of crushed rocks, straw and sea spray. The medium-bodied palate has a beautiful satiny texture and fantastically intense citrus and apple layers with loads of mineral and herbal sparks on the long finish. Give it a good couple of years in bottle to open up, and drink it over the following 10 to 12 years or more. Drink: 2023-2035. (3/31/21)."

94 points Jane Anson (Inside Bordeaux): "(67% Sauvignon Blanc, 33% Sémillon). he grapes for this white wine come from one of the more northerly sectors of the Médoc vineyard. It's a white wine that I strongly recommend, particularly over the past few years, when it has refound a grip and tension that balances out the opulent flesh that is a signature of the house style of Cos. You're going to find plenty of powerful lime zest, smoked almond and lemon curd, a round mouthfeel through the mid palate with hints of saffron on the mouthwatering finish. Alcohol 13.7%. Drink: 2021-2026. (7/29/21)"

93 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The 2018 Cos d'Estournel Blanc is creamy and expressive in the glass, with the natural resonance of the Sémillon very much front and center. Lemon confit, dried flowers, chamomile, marzipan and sage open effortlessly in the glass. This is a decidedly fresh, vibrant style. Drink: 2021-2030. (Mar 2021)"

93 points Wine Spectator: "A racy quinine note cuts through a mix of peach, white ginger, green almond and pink grapefruit notes. Tangy, vivacious finish has an echo of sel gris. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Drink now through 2025. 1,083 cases made. (3/31/21)"
