Corralejo 1821 Extra Añejo Tequila is named after the year Mexico’s independence was finally won, thanks to the tireless efforts of great men. 100% blue agave tequila produced from double distillation in copper pot stills and aged for 36 months in oak barrels with a maximum capacity of 200 litres. Fine selection of barrels with a toasting that brings out its excellent flavor. Color: Amber tones with hints of copper. Aroma: Cinnamon, pepper, and clove complement notes that elicit oak & herbs, with fruity aromas such as coffee, walnut, apple, and green pineapple. Palate: Smoke and oak flavors feature walnut, almond, vanilla, cooked agave, chocolate, cinnamon, and pepper. Finish: Long and lingering, with citrus, herbal, and floral notes.
