(89-91) points Jasper Morris (Inside Burgundy): "Exclusively sold in the USA market. The part to be bottled separately is in tank, the rest has been assembled in the Meursault. Clear pale colour with a note of reduction. A tight style but with a clear pure fruit on the palate, once the reduction has passed. Fresh white apple fruit with more weight at the back of the palate. Medium weight. Drink from 2025-2028. Tasted: October 2022."

(88-90) points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2021 Meursault Clos de la Baronne has a clean, well-defined bouquet with orchard fruit and touches of almond and grilled hazelnut. The palate is well balanced, though it just lacks a bit of acidic bite on the finish. This cuvée is exclusive to Grand Cru Selections in the United States. Drink 2023-2030 (Jan 2023)"
