96 points La Revue du Vin de France: "Peppery rose and exotic fruit in the Combe d'Orveaux, chalky and full-bodied, precise and mouthwatering, whose pulpy, pointillist flesh conceals an underlying firm sap. (2026)"
91-94 points/'Sweet spot/Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(planted with vines of 20+ and 65+ years of age that sit directly above Musigny). An attractively fresh and ultra-floral-inflected nose offers up notes of red and dark currant, sandal wood and a lovely array of spice elements. The super-sleek, if not especially dense, middle weight flavors possess superb delineation as well as ample minerality on the dusty, focused and impressively long finale. This is delicate but definitely punchy with the stuffing to easily repay 10 to 12 years of keeping. Drink: 2033+. (Jan 2025)"
