A ripe, peppery and fresh nose features mostly notes of various red berries and a touch of earth. There is unusually good density in the context of the genre to the sleek and energetic flavors that retain excellent definition on the lingering finale that exhibits only a trace of rusticity. It has a simple red cherry and strawberry scented bouquet with a touch of white flowers. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins, fresh and lightly spiced towards the open finish. Fine.
