90-93 points/'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from a .60 ha parcel of 40+ year old vines). A cooler and airier if less spicy array offers up a variety of red fruit aromas and in particular wild cherry. The sleek and delicious medium weight flavors possess slightly better mid-palate density and more evident minerality as well on the youthfully austere, balanced and sneaky long finale. This needs better depth but the Chevillon Bousselots seemingly always age well. Drink: 2033+. (Jan 2025)"
92+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2023 Bousselots was one of the few premier crus here this year that was showing a nice touch of red fruit on both the nose and palate. The wine’s bouquet is deep and sappy, offering up a blend of red and black cherries, sweet dark berries, gamebird, nutskin, a nice touch of spice tones, a lovely base of soil and a deft framing of new oak. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and shows off beautiful depth of sappy fruit at the core, with a fine foundation of soil, ripe, buried tannins, lovely focus and balance and a long, youthfully complex and classy finish. Fine juice. 2035-2080. (Jan/Feb 2025)"
90-92 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "TMedium-bodied, supple and suave, the 2023 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Bousselots is a pretty, succulent red evocative of raspberries, plums and spices. (Jan 2025)"
