The palate is very poised on the entry, the 25% new oak lending a little weight and depth, hints of orange zest, apricot and quince towards the finish. Give this 2-4 years for the oak to assimilate - it’s a great Saint-Aubin. Drinking Window: 2025-2040. (Dec 2021)"
