The taut, linear palate is very saline in style, a Meursault that gets the saliva flowing. Perhaps a more cerebral Meursault than expected, although the Genevrières has a bit more... charm. There is once again excellent vibrancy if only average mid-palate concentration to the textured and citrus-tinged flavors that exhibit lovely complexity on the lingering, firm and built-to-age finish.
