A gorgeous sense of crushed blackberry perfumes the bright sea breeze nose. The slender palate is quite light. Its airiness is underlined by foamy bubbles while purity, poise and subtle pastry present amplitude. The bone-dry finish is long and smooth. Dosage is zero. Disgorged: January 2024. Drink: 2024-2034. Crisp, mineral and with delicate red fruits on the nose. On that palate, bright with good structure, soft tannins and delicate flavors of pear and red apple. Delicious as an aperitif, so well with cheeses (brie, blue), seafood, nuts and fruits.
