Established by the Kunde family in 1998, Eagle View Vineyard features well-drained sandy loam soils and a cool, marine climate marked by clockwork fog off the Pacific Ocean. Embodying the unmistakable beauty of Viognier, this wine offers energetic acidity, and lush flavors of tropical fruit, citrus and spice. 65% of the wine was barrel fermented and aged for 8 months in two-year-old (neutral) French oak barrels, with the remaining 35% fermented and aged in stainless steel tank."
