95 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "Deep, dark and slightly meaty, this is an extraordinarily powerful, structured and concentrated wine for the Hautes-Cotes-de-Beaune. Lots of elderberry and smoke aromas (think fall bonfires). Very compact, structured finish with a pronounced licorice note. Great drive. 90% whole cluster. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink from release. (1/9/25)"

Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "(A cool place for Pommard. Bud-break here is after Nantoux. Half made whole cluster, half made fully detemmed – they are blended for the bottling – this is the destemmed part to get an idea of the vintage differences). 1. A very fluid and finely energetic nose. Round, supple, melting, a hint of finishing coffee. Lovely wine if less exceptional than the previous. And the part with the whole clusters: 2. A more energetic nose and with more impact too – the rose aromas of WC are present and not excessive. That’s super silky and fluid. Intense, sappy, great finishing – I see no excess of wc. A little dryness of finishing flavour but a great wine and one of more personality – a great one! There’s a good chance that the blend of these two cuvées will hit the right spot!! (1/16/25)"
