97 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "A haunting nose of black and sour cherry fruit that is spectacularly subtle. Incredible floral complexity and a little hint of something exotic. Rolls over you in one huge wave on the medium-bodied palate, the superfine tannins giving it breathtaking precision in the super-elegant finish that just doesn’t want to stop. 60% whole cluster. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold. (1/9/25)"

Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "(A parcel with 421 metres of altitude between Nantoux and Bouze – ‘Very red soil with lots of clay – it doesn’t make a wine of lots of structure and the 500-litre barrels help to bring some generosity.’) A much larger nose of perfume with an associated granular texture – that’s like jumping up to a fine villages. A touch of darker oak flavour a fleeting suggestion of reduction, and depth of flavour. More visible structure, framed with grainless, hardly drying tannin. The finish bursts forward, full of flavour and supported by a more visible über-fine grained tannin. This is a wine to wait at least 18-24 months for but it’s a great ‘Bourgogne’. (1/16/25)"
