Producer notes: "The 2019 Celani Family Vineyards Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon was produced from Lynne’s Vineyard and aged in 75% New French Oak barrels for 20 months. Mount Veeder (the only hillside appellation in Napa Valley) is noted for its rugged mountain terrain, and Cabernets expressing concentration, abundant tannins, and age-ability. The 2019 Celani Mount Veeder is all that and more, displaying incredible aromas of black and purple fruits with deep berry and currant notes dominating alongside fresh raspberry compote, pencil lead, new leather, and crushed rocks. The more subtle notes of tobacco, violets, sandalwood, and black cardamom add another layer of dimension. Velvety lush flavors are amazingly balanced, embracing fruit concentration and silky tannins, resonating strongly of mountain grown Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink this delicious wine over the next 15 years."
