Our winemaker Marc designed the 2018 Signature Silver bottling to harken back to John’s original bottlings of Silver in the late 1990s. The high dosing of Syrah provides beautiful fruit texture, weight, and a bump in immediate drinkability, while the 5 other varietals in the blend will allow it to age gracefully for many years. Always John’s favorite blend to make, the Signature Silver is also the first wine Caldwell ever made here at the estate. 175 cases produced."
