100% Chardonnay from the limestone soils of the Sangreal Vineyard in Moorabool Valley, sixty miles southwest of Melbourne. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in 30% new French oak. The name Irrewarra, an Aboriginal term meaning ‘long spear throw’, is a nod to the traditional hunting and farming country found here.
