93 points/'Editors' Choice' Wine Enthusiast: "[$40 list] Red cherry immediately pops from the glass, followed by juicy cranberry and pomegranate, plus a bouquet of roses, violets and lavender. The palate of this wine incorporates a fine-grained, sandy tannic texture alongside generous acidity and balanced alcohol, with additional notes of well-integrated oak. Alcohol 13.3%. (Dec 2023)"

92+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The soon to be released bottling of pinot noir from the 2022 vintage from Derek Rohlffs at Bravium Wines is excellent. The wine comes in at a very civilized 13.3 percent octane in this vintage and offers up a vibrant bouquet of cherries, beetroot, incipient notes of cola, woodsmoke, gamebird, fresh herbs and a gentle framing of new oak. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and nicely sappy at the core, with good soil undertow, fine-grained tannins, tangy acids and excellent balance on the long, complex and promising finish. This is so beautifully seamless in its youth that it is certainly quite drinkable out of the blocks, but there are layers of complexity here still waiting to unfold and I would cellar the wine for at least a handful of years and properly let those secondary layers emerge fully. Fine juice. 2023-2060. (Jul/Aug 2023)"

90 points James Suckling: "Cheerful and laid-back nose full of sweet brambly fruit. Lots of ripe raspberries, candied cherries and potpourri. Fruity and simple on the palate with fresh acidity, soft tannins and a dry, fruity finish. Drink now. (9/21/23)"
