86-88 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Bourgogne Côte d'Or, 60% from Meursault and 40% Puligny, has a well-defined nose with glimpses of yellow plum and lime. The palate has good substance for a regional white, slightly resinous in texture with an oily, lemongrass-infused finish. A little feisty, but it should calm down by the time of bottling. Drink: 2024-2029. (Jan 2024)"
87 points/'Outstanding/Top Value,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(the Bouzereau holdings have grown to fully 4 ha and the vines are located in both Meursault and Puligny). Very pretty aromas are comprised by notes of freshly cut citrus, white peach and a background hint of petrol character. The super-sleek, delicious and attractively vibrant middleweight flavors conclude in an agreeably dry and sneaky long finish. This is very good for its level and worth checking out plus it should repay a few years of keeping. Drink: 2026+. (Jun 2024)"
Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "There are delightful aromas of lemon peel and green apple on the initial attack of his entry-level Bourgogne. The texture is fresh and lively but not lacking in weight. Although it is a 'simple' Bourgogne Chardonnay, it conveys the origin of most of the fruit: 60% from the Meursault lieux-dits Sous La Velle, Les Magny and Les Belles Côtes and the balance from Champ Perrier in Puligny. The wine is gently pressed before fermenting and ageing in cask (15% new) for one year. Drinking Window: 2024-2030. (5/30/23)"
