Like all of the Domaine Bouland wines in 2021, this tips the scales at an even thirteen percent octane and delivers a gorgeous young bouquet of sweet dark berries, black cherries, vinesmoke, stony minerality, coffee bean, violets and just a whisper of sweet stem tones in the upper register. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and impeccably balanced, with lovely old vine concentration at the core, superb soil signature, finegrained tannins and a long, vibrant and youthful finish that promises exceptional complexity once the wine has softened up and is ready to drink.
