94 points Charles Curtis, MW (Decanter): "An alluring, exotic note on the nose of the 2022 Bouchard Porusot is immediately appealing, with aromas of apricot and nectarine, a salty mineral edge, and a hint of spice. The texture has a winning elegance and finesse and none of the heaviness that can be a problem in this vintage. Instead, the rich extract and balanced acidity carry the wine to a satisfyingly long finish. This wine will be appealing on release, but with three or four years in the bottle, it should open up marvellously well. Drinking Window: 2025-2045. (Oct 2023)"
91-94 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Pretty pale colour. After the Bouchères, the Porusots has a more reserved and chiselled nose. There is a clear dominance of white fruit, with a little bacon fat behind, a limestone reduction, then significant energy at the back of the palate. (Oct 2023)"
93 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com) (2024).
91-93 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2022 Meursault 1er Cru Le Porusot is very promising, exhibiting notes of pear, toasted hazelnuts, white flowers and beeswax, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and precise palate that's mineral and penetrating, something that's been a hallmark of this cuvée in recent years. (1/18/24)"
91-93 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Meursault Poruzot 1er Cru is more backward on the nose, with touches of yellow flowers and jasmine. The palate is fresh and crisp, elegant in style with yellow plum, apricot and peach skin, refined and focused on the finish. Another very delicious Meursault from Bouchard Père. Drink: 2026-2042. (Jan 2024)"
