There are citrus peels, yellow peaches, white raspberries and oak toast. The profusion of scents and the integration of the palate will make this dangerously accessible early on. The palate is very focused and quite intense, good nervosité here, quite Charmes in style with a weighty, slightly honeyed finish that lingers in the mouth. This should age very well in bottle. The most reserved nose of these three (Bouchères, Porusots, Gouttes d’Or), with a well-rounded fruit on the palate, then ripe apple with a touch of plum on the palate. Greater depth of fruit on the palate, something of a dried fruit character according to Frédéric Weber. The aforementioned trio differ in style but are very hard to separate in quality. (Oct 2023)"
