90 points Stephan Reinhardt (Wine Advocate): "The Bonnaire Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut was a present that came with the apartment I rented for one night in Oeuilly, Marne Valley. I took the bottle back home and tasted it straight after my return from Reims a couple of days later. The wine was a great drinking pleasure and a typical Cramant. The NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut is a clear, fresh and chalky Chardonnay from Cramant in the Côte des Blancs that opens with lovely intense and soft white fruit aromas. It is a mouth-filling, very elegant and finessed Cramant with highly digestible balance and stimulating lightness in alcohol (12%). The finish is charmingly round and fruity but also has the typical chalky texture that gives it perfect balance. This is an excellent cuvée with a delicate, salty, well-structured finish. (Apr 2018)"
Tyson Stelzer (The Champagne Guide): "100% Cramant chardonnay; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks; full malolactic fermentation; aged at least 6 years on lees; 5g/L dosage. (Edition VII; 2024)"
